In the few years that I've been looking at "railpictures.net," I've seen and read enough about these explosions and fires that I am curious as to why the railroads don't demand/command a fix. (Maybe the railroads are to fault ?) If this is a high priority intermodal, then some kind of schedule just failed to be met.

Wow, no "GE on fire" jokes? lol The REAL difference between a GE and an EMD is that if this were an EMD nobody would have called the fire dept! They would have let that piece of junk burn to the ground.
