Ever since CSX stopped putting a manned engine on each end of the Sealston train from Richmond, the train has to be run-around someplace to proceed to the plant on the Sealston branch. Running around the train between Dahlgren Jct and Fredericksburg control points is the shortest move.

Hopefully they had full rain gear that day.
