Thanks, David! I'm not 100% sure on that, I haven't looked into details on how they were available, just a best guess I'd say maybe a lease expired making them available and they fit what NS has been looking for. UP hasn't let anymore 90s go I know for sure, they have 100 90s stored at the moment.
