In October 2016 We were scheduled to ride the Durbin turn train. We missed our train that day. I was extremely disappointed. The folks in the ticket office saw my disappointment. They worked with another group that was scheduled for the shorter trip and secured tickets for us. I cannot express how much that meant to me and our group that day, service beyond the norm. I would highly recommend the Cass Scenic Railroad to anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip up to the top of the mountain that day. To see the mainline being returned to service is totally awesome. Thanks Chase for the shot!! It is awesome.
