It MAY have just been a "power move" but I can recall having CR 4022 in fresh and clean paint as seen in this photo as the lead unit on Amtrak's "Broadway Ltd." on a trip from Chicago back to NY. To top it off, it was clear and sunny all the way East from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg.
