Whoever came up with this decorative scheme should have to dream about it for the rest of their lives.

I'm not sure what was worse, Phase V paint on those amfleets, or the butchering of AEM7 faces in order to install ditch lights. Perhaps the combination of both. Good shot in any case, and nice catch with the original black pan.
