Given the repurposed SD truck no longer needs to rotate I wonder how it is mounted. Looks like there may be attachment pedestals on top of sideframe above each outer axle.

Well, wada ya know! A CN SD40-T2 is in this picture. I thought those tunnel motors only operated on Donner Pass for the SP.

The 400-series are DMIR units, old SP/SSW SD45T-2's rebuilt to SD40T-3's.
