Thanks for sharing some 'Scranton' effort restoration photos. Even though she's in Altoona still in pieces and not restored, you can at least see her inside the roundhouse at the Railroader's Memorial Museum. I find myself asking what's better for the K4....being proudly displayed at the Horseshoe Curve unprotected and exposed to the weather or being displayed in pieces in the museum's roundhouse with an uncertain restoration effort that has taken well over 20 years?
