Awesome photo Jeff. Nice use of available light and good angle to capture the whole locomotive in the frame. Had a chance to see this locomotive myself this past September, and was informed personally by the Museum / Scenic Railroad staff that happened to be doing some switching moves around the riverfront of their equipment - that due to extensive damage and wear and tear to this locomotive - there is no chance she will ever run again. She was only going to be cosmetically restored, and moved to another location on the Riverfront for static display only. She is also missing a lot of necessary parts and equipment as well, (evidenced by the missing headlight) that is also irreplaceable and not known where it all disappeared or "ran off" to. From what the four men I talked to said, most of her parts would have to be scratch built, and there isn't any one place that could remanufacture what needs to be replaced in order to make her run ever again. Especially since two of her main axles are cracked and she would need both of them rebuilt from scratch since they just can't go out and "swap" those from another locomotive.
