The Augusta is actually named for the state capitol of Maine but I do like where your mind is.

D.Carleton - I didn't even think of that. I thought it was quite a coincidence that the two they released were Georgia cities (so I thought). Thanks for the information.

The irony is that the "Atlanta" will eventually roll through Atlanta but the "Augusta" is unlikely to ever see the state of Maine.

They look great, I am looking forward to a enjoying a meal in one of these new cars. Does anyone know the "logic" of their name series ? State Capitals ? Cities beginning with "A" ?

All the new diners are to be named after state capitols. Hence the prototype was named "Indianapolis."
