That's the train that had the NS 1028/SD70ACe leading before it broke down on the west slope, I believe with traction motor problems. They were able to eventually limp it to Cresson, after getting rear helpers, where the 1028 was cut off the train and the 2690 continued on alone, with the helpers staying on at least to Altoona.
