What's unique about it?

The mismatched stacked SA's are unlike any others that I know of. They we're relocated from somewhere else off the Conrail system back whenever CR tweaked with the NYC signals. The doors were cast several years earlier than the housings themselves which is odd, also the top hood was made in a CR machine shop and I don't know of any other searchlight dwarfs on a post like this. They are stacked in an odd, home made fashion, likely meaning they were originally high signals.
