Is SFS operating anything now?

As far as I know they are still defunct. They are still moving rolling stock and motive power around for some reason but I do not believe they are operating at this time. Pretty much the New Mexico Rail Runner has shut them down, a dispute over the station and railyard rights. I think also the city of Santa Fe itself has worked against the SFS from what the GM told me

Is Michael Gross (Family Ties) still involved? Maybe it is just his personal model railroad now?
