I doubt it will bring that much as scrap prices here in the states is rather low. Hardly worth the effort after it will be finished. Not like it was back seven years ago when scrap prices were high.

The road to the scrap yard is paved with good intentions. They had years to do something with it and just left it there to rot. RIP old girl.

One less interesting thing about Farnham... how long before there is nothing interesting about Farnham? On the other hand, looks to be a fantastic spot for an asphalt parking lot, or maybe they could squeeze in a small convenience store?

Take a look at this photo, and forget about the loco. Have you ever seen an American city as clean as this one is? It looks like a model railroad, before the weathering and clutter are added. Our cities look like disaster areas. (I'm ashamed to say)
