Thanks for keeping us up to date on this thriving part of our nations rail network;) In all seriousness I do like seeing new photos of this railroad, maybe it ill run again.

This part of the line might actually see tourist traffic again if the museum can get the bridges fixed west of this location between Campo and Jacumba. I surmise that Titus siding would make a good “run around” point for a museum train to reverse direction on a hypothetical eastward excursion from their facility at Campo. Dubbers spur at mile post 96 is two track miles away from Titus and Tunnel 5 (the west portal to the Gorge) is another half mile beyond that. While I don’t see traffic running through the Gorge anytime soon, if ever, I would not be surprised if the museum were able to one day run up to Titus.
