Had I chanced upon this it would have been a struggle against a primal urge to call the fire department, even with having looked at train stuff for several decades.

Amazing. I loved seeing Mullan Pass when I visited, but that is in today's time with the ACe helper teams, but still an amazing sound hearing them for an hour struggle up the 2.2% grade.
