When I was 12, my dad took me to Youngstown to see the steel mills at night. All the mills were on fire and the P&LE was so busy, Gateway was turning away freight trains. Thanks for this shot Wade.

I grew up not far from here in North Jackson--this shot brings a tear to the eye...
My grandfather worked Republic Steel, and my other grandfather worked for PRR/PC/CR. I wonder if they would have ever met?
