Would someone be kind enough to explain the catch with this locomotive and its paint scheme?

Ghost85, this locomotive was an CSX unit that PRLX leasing owns now. They painted over the CSX logos with black paint and PRLX lettering before it went to NS for lease. At some point, someone(s) decided to paint over the PRLX patch and paint the C&O logos, making it look like a C&O heritage unit.

It may be graffiti, but it's some of the best looking that I've seen. Two thumbs up!
