Posted by Steve Larson on April 5, 2018  I've lived close to Oceanside, & we are going to miss these trains. The F59PHI has been a classic. Let's hope that the new Siemens Charger locomotives can live up to their hype. PCA for not letting me forget the glory of the San Diego area.
