Posted by Steve Larson on August 10, 2018  I am aware that the W&LE uses paint colors & scheme from the D&RGW. The SD40T-2s seem to be wearing the black & yellow instead of the black & orange. Is there a reason for this? Wonderful photo, Nick, and PCA for taking me back many years ago.
