Thank you Steve for this lovely photo of two of EMD's unique BL2 locomotives! It's a shame to hear and read about all the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the Saratoga & North Creek and it's ultimate demise. I hope and pray for a long lasting future for these two beauties and continued service for another tourist railroad. I would hate and mourn their fate should they get scrapped (God forbid)! I wish I had the means and capability to save these two locomotives...unless I got a lot of support on a "Go Fund Me" page - I can't save them myself!
