If I'm not mistaken that is going right by Garden Acres mobile home park where I lived from 2007-2008 this looks like it is about 100 yards from where I lived. In those days this train was pulled by a pair of U-23B's I believe, running wood chips one way, and finished paper back the other way. Great shot.

Yes, the woodchips were and are still ran as a separate train. The finished paper and other freight are ran on the road train.
