Looks like they adopted the KCS "Southern Belle" scheme. Is the PCRC KCS owned or affiliated?

Yes, PCRR is apart of the KCS "Empire." The full-length dome shown here is one of the 5 or 6 that Southern Pacific built in their own shops from single-level cars. They initially went to Amtrak, but didn't last very long there. I BELIEVE Panama has the ONLY one of the group that is still in operable condition. They were VERY nice cars to ride in, having settee type seats and a snack-bar counter in the lower ( further away in this photo) end.
