Having vacationed this past August in Memphis, I find these pictures most interesting. My curiosity though wants to know what the neatly made and lined up box structures are to the right bottom corner of the photo ?? Small garden plots for residents ??

That's what it would appear to be. I know there is a dog run just out of frame on the opposite side of the tracks.

Thanks for the response, M.J.. Memphis looks to be prospering in a lot of areas. It was an interesting trip.
