Thanks, guys. I have a few more from the MER to share soon, I hope. Another very interesting aspect of this line was that they never turned the motors. They ran push-pull, with a hopper specially equipped with a light and horn. I have a shot of that also, though it might be a tough sell on RP.

Great shot. I was there when it was in operation but they weren’t running that day. I think this is the only shot I’ve seen out on the road. We went back a couple of years ago. Nothing.
