Looks like a Leslie 5-chime horn, with bells facing both directions, mounted on the short hood rather than the standard Nathan P-5 with all bells forward, like you can see on the long hood end. Proves again that a) maintenance crews used whatever was handy when parts needed replacing; and b) there is a prototype for everything! Thanks for sharing TC!
