Judging by the direction of the train (north), it is probably the local that works the large Proctor & Gamble facility about 15 miles north of Cape. Crews work out of the yard at Chaffee, MO, about 12 miles to the south of Cape.

I work in the area, not much has changed, the same prefab office still stands. The traffic has changed on the local quite a bit, with grain and frac sand being transloaded at facilities nearby.
