They beat the hell out of the track, but they could lug tonnage up the mountain grades. Funny to listen to Mike Bednar on some of the Lehigh Valley railfan videos talk about needing to tape up your ribs after a trip running these beasts due to the way they would throw you around the cab on the "rock and roll" '70s track.
