To be fair, the U30B is about 3 years older (12/74 vs. 1/78 for the GP40-2). Oh, and your comment has it right, but the "details" say U30C.

Grime on 8228 looks like something someone would happily reference for skinning one of those in one of the computer simulators such as Trainz. And I say that while typing around a housecat who is not named Chessie! Though interesting, doing that is beyond my ability and desire. Anyway, am always happy to see Chessie System images shared here. And that tiny bit of mint green showing on red roofed house in background now has me curious of what the structure looks like and whether it would make an interesting model.
