This is one of the nicest paint schemes in the country, although it may be difficult to keep clean. I wonder how much it costs to 'paint/decorate' a locomotive?

With many shortlines going to corporate colors these days (i.e. Genoese and Wyoming, Watco, RJ Corman, etc.), it’s nice to see a unique paint scheme, especially one that pays homage to a fallen flag.
