Second unit is a GP40 re-geared for passenger speeds and pass-through HEP lines installed. Still one of the weirdest and innovative things I've ever seen.

That is the Capitol Limited, running on former B&O trackage. Amtrak's National Limited operated via Harrisburg on the former PRR.
