The station is owned by Oneida County and Amtrak has no say whether it stands or falls.

From what I remember the guy telling me,the intention to demolish was several years ago. The City has offices in there now and the only people I saw were waiting to see about licencing their cars. I think I am right in saying that this is safe for the foreseeable future. Thanks to everyone for taking a look.

Love this station. The second-most beautiful station in the entire state of New York.
