No social distancing is observed, and it seems that no one is wearing a protective mask. Is it possible that, as in China, the virus is no longer actively circulating in Russia? With us, the organization of such an event would be completely impossible.

Daniel, thank you! In Russia the situation with covid-19 is also very difficult. The Russian government has introduced many restrictive measures, but there is no complete lockdown. The New Year and Orthodox Christmas are the most important holidays for Russians. Holidays last more than 10 days. And the government did not dare to close people to their homes. Also, in some regions at this time public events on the open air were allowed. By the way, there is an opinion that the virus is not so active in the cold. And in Russia now there are heavy frosts.
