Interesting that the train is on the West track in the curve which is the 30 MPH side of the turn at SY and the then new Lift for the Container facility still in the small Ashley Junction loading and unloading area before the complete ramp upgrade would come in the next year and much beyond that as well.
Sadly I will need more time to ID this head end crew but David Harris never disappoints me with the photos he posts of the areas and people I spent my early career with so many years ago.
