Some years back when I was still driving a truck, I dropped off a load of machinery at this place just off I-40 in Crab Orchard, TN. At that time, the business was known as Franklin Minerals. The locomotives in the picture are the same ones that Franklin used only repainted when taken over by Lhoist. The trains travel from Crab Orchard to Weston then down the Escarpment to Rockwood to intersect with Norfolk Southern. I believe that this is the only business that still uses "high hood" locomotives in Middle and East Tennessee to my knowledge.
