I sincerely thank you for this and all your other photos of Mississippi railroading. I grew up in Quitman MS many years ago. My father worked MOW for Southern Railway for over fifty years. I can recall us taking him to Meridian to catch a ride on the Crescent to some job assignment away from home. To see your photos brings back so many memories to me.
