Nice catch! Funny, I completely overlooked several blue Conrail OCS cars while photographing Amtrak's UA Turbotrain at 30th Street Station back in the 1980's. The Turbo's were all scrapped sadly, still holding the national speed record of 170.8 mph. As for the CNJ shop - sadly:

Elizabethport was used by NJT until the Kearny MMC opened and was closed in 1988. Most of the the complex was demolished between 1989 and 1996 as part of a urban renewal program which ultimately resulted in the Jersey Gardens outlet complex." - per "R36 Combine Coach" over at Railroad.net.
