Man, what an embarrassing disgrace. That being said, the United States is coming up on our 250th anniversary in just over 3-years. Union Pacific should paint the 2 remaining GP40P-2's on its roster back into the red, white, and blue scheme that Southern Pacific painted the 3197 back in the 1970's and send them on tour around the country.
