Is there something special about these units for MoW duty? Other than the paint job?

It appears they added marker lights to them as well, kind of neat. I guess these were not part of the group sold to NS after CPKC declared the ex BNSF fleet as surplus.

Perhaps the yellow light on top of the cab and hi-vis paint job maybe an indicator of remote control operation.
