Woah! That's an interesting way to remove a signal bridge! Is that crane a high rail vehicle? Nice shot!

The rented B&B crane is a Hi-Railer. It has dual rail wheels at each contact point (unlike a standard pickup truck with singles.) Note that the boom has rotated 180 degrees in this photo so the tower is "backwards" from its original orientation. (The replacement signals are aimed correctly.) Shortly after the photo was taken, the tower was dropped along the embankment for later retrieval.

The line was closed for approximately four hours. Just as soon as the crane was moved NS opened the floodgates.
