Well this goes to show that the Railroads CAN go anywhere that nature throws in it's way. Railroad's have the POWER that "NO" Hiway could never touch. BNSFrailfan.

Excellent shot, Chris. What kind of 12 mm did you get? I'm looking to get a 10 to 22 mm and shots like this one kinda fortifies my want to have it. If you have any pull with the screeners here, I'd say this is POTW material. LOL -- Joe H.

By the way, forgot to ask, what is the bridge for? Railroad access? Or part of a trail?

Of all the 1000's of photos on RAILPICTURE.NET, this has got to be in the TOP 10. Excellent work.

Awesome angle. How'd you get the elevation? The Railfan article needed this angle to finish off their coverage. Chris, you've reached new heights with primo results.

Puzzling that I didn't previously leave a comment on this stupendous shot, even though I left one on the merely excellent 173546. Tremendous!
