An FPA-2 leads an unusual lashup on a westbound freight from St. Luc to Smith Falls. It was rare to see GP-9's and F7B's on freights in Montreal, which was the MLW/Alco capital on the CPR.

CPR had 24 GP-35's, one of which teams up with an FB-1 and FPA-2 to lead a westbound freight out of St. Luc Yard towards Smiths Falls.
