N&W blue GP9s 517 and 503 stand ready to head west with the POCAHONTAS with black units in the background.
Two former Virginian Fairbanks Morse units now wear blue as they switch hopper cars at the vast N&W yard.
C&O E8 4008 heads west with the Newport News section of the GEORGE WASHINGTON at Oyster Point Rd.. There was a business car on the rear.
The E8 has been cut off from the GEORGE WASHINGTON and backs through the vast coal yards for servicing.
