A CBRY OT2 with another load of copper ore from Ray Mine exits tunnel 2 on the way to the smelter at Hayden, AZ. No. 502, the lead GP39-2, was built as Kennecott Copper No. 796.

On the first day of fall it's a 100°F+ afternoon while an inbound shuttle hauls ore from the Ray Mine to the ASARCO copper smelter in Hayden, Arizona.
