A regular afternoon train at this time was this one which always had a SOU unit or two.

The moneysaving removal of the brakewheel is evident here. Where was the FRA?

For some reason the number and the sublettering were giving the usual CSX attention to detail.

On of the later -2s idles in the terminal. Remarkably the strobes are still undamaged.

This is one of the four L&N orginals, not an SCL castoff. One wonders if these units ever pulled a passenger train, even in a test. Man, I'd like to have that shot.

The old enginehouse is still there in this shot. The late 3500s-early3600s were in an aborted merger number series and were the first L&N units delivered in FL.

Another U25 captured before the were gone. Louisville seemed especially rapid in getting these in FL so I have almost none in "real" L&N.
