In blizzard like conditions GLC ONTN departs Owosso for Clare where it will drop off it's train for the Cadillac crew and pick up the southbound cars left by the Cadillac crew.

Work progresses on Pere Marquette 1225. Volunteers are cleaning around staybolts at the back of the firebox, while the old and new fireman's side firebox sheets are visible in the foreground.
Under the watchful eye of Steam Railroading Institute volunteers, Pere Marquette 1225 is carefully backed onto the Owosso turntable. Progress on the firebox can clearly be seen.

At dawn, NKP 765 heads north with the sun poking through a line of clouds along with the plume.
