NS H02 heading east onto the Ex-EL Boonton line on a frigid January morning.
Less than a year after NS 18N derailed, NS 10N has derailed within CP Altoona and CP Cove Jct, at approximately 8pm. Several empty RBMN hoppers have piled up. All tracks are fouled except Main 2.
