I'm unsure of the location of this photo, but it can not be duplicated as I'm standing on a large pile of ballast to gain elevation. The ballast has since be removed.
CSX is exercising its trackage rights over Conrail (and the local auto traffic).
A very worn out F unit rusts away in the rain. The F was suppost to be part of a museum exibit, but was returned to its owner in Indiania in 2003.
