Having just finished its commuter run from San Francisco, this unit has dropped the last two digits of the train number and is heading back to the roundhouse.
There were only two of these nice looking rebuilds, one in the great bicen scheme, seen here looking a big worse for wear.
Sporting arguably the best looking Bicentennial scheme this great unit is about to terminate the southbound run of commuter train #126.
This is the only one of the six-axle Alcos I ever saw with the hump control "thingy" (technical term, I could have just called it a generic "doofer").
