Three F units lead CP train 40B between Nipigon and Rossport along the north shore of Lake Superior.

At the last spot of our chase and after a crew change, we caught both CP's presidential train and CP 251 which was waiting for the highest priority train on CP's system to clear the tracks.

CP 1401 is parked in McAdam for about 45 minutes while the bigwigs have a pow wow with the town. This gives opportunity for a photo shoot with the head end.
